- Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 30 дней и ответим письмом.
Что удаляется
Аккаунт и вход (в том числе привязка Google), профиль, валюта, предметы, статистика, друзья, личные сообщения и ваши жалобы.
Что может остаться
- Ваши кастомные кейсы, предметы из которых уже есть у других игроков, — без привязки к вам.
- Обезличенная аналитика.
- Резервные копии и журналы провайдеров — до 90 дней, затем стираются.

How to delete
- In the game, open your profile and copy your account code (8 characters).
- Email vomu.0685@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion” and include the code.
- We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in (including the Google link), profile, currencies, items, statistics, friends, private messages and your reports.
What may remain
- Your custom cases whose items other players already own — no longer linked to you.
- Aggregated, anonymous analytics.
- Backups and provider logs — up to 90 days, then erased.
